Reading Group books are available from Left Bank Books in St. Louis, MO at a 20% discount.
Formerly #FergusonReads, Read the Resistance will broaden its scope to talk about social justice affecting our community. This reading group is an attempt to add some civility and context to the mix by exploring race, class, gender, and other issues, not only in St. Louis, but America as a whole.
We'll draw from our growing list of books and resources (which can be found here) to further our discussion. The group meets monthly in the basement of Left Bank Books, St. Louis, MO 63108. If you would like to join, feel free to join our discussion.
The group meets the 4th Wednesday of each month in the basement of Left Bank Books.
