This event is free and open to the public, but proof of purchase of either How To Be Brave, The May Queen Murders, The Blood Between Us, or a novel in the Hybrid Chronicles from Left Bank Books will be required to enter the signing line.
E. Katherine Kottaras is the author of How To Be Brave. Georgia has always lived life on the sidelines: uncomfortable with her weight, awkward, never been kissed, terrified of failing. Then her mom dies and her world is turned upside down. But instead of getting lost in her pain, she decides to enjoy life by truly living for the first time. She makes a list of ways to be brave—all the things she's always wanted to do but has been too afraid to try: learn to draw, try out for cheerleading, cut class, ask him out, kiss him, see what happens from there.
Sarah Jude is the author of The May Queen Murders. Stay on the roads. Don’t enter the woods. Never go out at night. Those are the rules in Rowan’s Glen, a remote farming community in the Ozarks where Ivy Templeton’s family has lived for centuries. The other kids may think the Glen kids are weird, but Ivy doesn’t care—she has her cousin Heather as her best friend. When Heather goes missing after a May Day celebration, Ivy discovers that both her best friend and her beloved hometown are as full of secrets as the woods that surround them.
Zac Brewer is the author of The Blood Between Us. Growing up, Adrien and his sister, Grace, competed viciously for everything. It wasn’t easy being the adopted sibling, but Adrien tried to get along; it was Grace who didn’t want anything to do with him. Now, after years apart, Adrien and Grace are forced to reunite at the elite boarding school where their parents were teachers. Being back around everyone he used to know makes Adrien question the person he’s become, while being back around Grace makes him feel like someone he doesn’t want to be.
Kat Zhang is the author of the Hybrid Chronicles. What's Left of Me, the first book of the Hybrid Chronicles, is set in an alternate reality where everyone is born with two souls. But one soul is naturally dominant, and in early childhood, the other soul fades away. That didn't happen for Addie and Eva. Now fifteen, Eva clings to life inside the body she shares with Addie, although she can no longer speak or even move. Eva's very existence is illegal. If their secret is revealed, it could mean death for both of them.
