Irresistably packaged inside a potato chip bag, Potato Chip Science is the wildly imaginative book and kit that introduces 29 experiments (or snacktivities) using potato chips, spuds, bags, tubes, and lids. Kids can learn about aerodynamics, conservations of energy, desiccation, and Boyle's Law. More than a dozen items used in the projects are packaged in the bag. Allen Kurzweil will demonstrate some of his potato chip science at the event.
