Keeping the Fires Burning: A History and Memoir of Camp Nebagamon

Keeping the Fires Burning is a history and a memoir of Camp Nebagamon, a well-known Wisconsin summer camp which has served boys and men for over 80 years.  The book is filled with information, stories, interviews, and hundreds of photos.  It will not only interest Alumni of Nebagamon – and other camps – but also anyone interested in reading how an institution serving children evolved over the last three quarters of the twentieth century.  Writing this book was a labor of love for the Steins, who directed the camp for 30 years and have a combined 134 years of association with Camp Nebagamon.
